A brand new 12 camera system in Hoddesdon Town Centre has been tasked to the Hertfordshire CCTV Partnership.

This will be using a wireless transmission system to communicate with the cameras and will be recorded in our data centre in Stevenage.

The system will be using extended LAN technology to transmit from the wireless hub in Hoddesdon

The cameras will be using existing light columns to mount the cameras and wireless transmitters. This is was awaiting the replacement of two columns that do not conform to safety standards.

The Columns were updated in 2020 and the cameras installed in December 2021 and are now actively monitored in the HCCTVP Control Room
